Repeal of  Drainage Ordinance

AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL DRAINAGE ORDINANCE #2015-1

​

WHEREAS, Brule County passed an Ordinance Number 2015-1establishing rules 

​

and procedures for water drainage projects in Brule County; and

​

WHEREAS, State statutes adequately set forth regulations concerning water

​

drainage requirements, and said Ordinance is redundant and unnecessary; than

​

and therefore

, 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BRULE COUNTY COMMISSION AS FOLLOWS:

​

Brule County Ordinance Number 2015-1 is hereby repealed in full.
