Fees to be doubled in joint jurisdictional areas
Application for zone changes shall be as follows

Special exceptions or variances
Fee shall be $150.00
Penalty for failure to file permit
Minimum of $20.00 or double the building permit fee where applicable, whichever is the greater.
NO FEE shall be due from govermental entities for construction although permits shall be required.
